Failure of a Manager in Management

As per Peter F. Drucker has quoted “Management is doing things right leadership is doing the right thing” A manager is a person who have leadership skill and who knows how  to control  and administer an organization and a group of individual but now a days Manager fails to manage the chief reasons for their failure are poor meeting, No standards and accountability, all command no choice, never ask feedback, poor interpersonal skills, the only me attitude being non prudent and non productive talks to make or implement proper plan. They even don’t know how to manage themselves and many other reasons      

So to cope up from these various other reasons a manager should be a leader first he need to able to lead his subordinates in an efficient way. He needs to have effective communication as well as interpersonal skills. There should be a two way communication as he should be active listener too. A manager should have experience and knowledge as one cannot step ahead as a manager in professional environment if he is not experienced but at the same time experience without knowledge is of no use experience is hard work where as experience with knowledge leads to smart work. A manager should have respect for their subordinates and provide them proper guidance.

He should be confident and be an inspirational leader for employees. It is expected from manager for time management as to priorities your day and setting a benchmark for your subordinates. A manager should know how to delegate your work he might think it is easier to be done everything by his own but that’s not a quality of a manager he should know how to allot a proper work to a proper person. At the same time there should be reliability as being available when your employee needs your support .So these are some way to prevent failure as being a manager. So if a manager pursue above qualities then it never leads to be a failure in management. “A manager should have potential to make or to crack an establishment.” A manager is considered an eminent asset for an organization. As a pen does not work without the writer, an organization can never perform well without a manager but at the same time the same person may becomes a liability if he fails to perform his work as a manager . So a manager should be aware about what to do and what to take care of as a manager. At last a Manager is a fuel for an organization as a car does not run without fuel same as with an organization it does not work without a good manager.
